Five months and 30 pounds gone!

Post by MNGirl »

I've been off the boards for awhile (crazy busy work) but I am still here and loving LDL. I intorduced a business association to LDL and he is down over 20 pounds now. My sister is on it, and though her weight loss has not been dramatic, her AC1 has been so good that her medication has been cut in half.

Weight loss with LDL isn't the only benefit.  So many of us have found that this way of eating improves our health, sometimes dramatically. My husband can attest to that.  He lost weight slowly but his high colesterol and high blood pressure returned to normal and his sleep apnea improved from over 60 episodes an hour to 6 an hour.  All this in just 6 months!
