One Month on LDL

I have been on LDL for a month now and have lost (drum roll please) 15.4 pounds!
This is the best WOE, diet plan I have ever tried! I have never been able to stick to
a plan for an entire month! This is great! I am so happy.

Thank you all for your support. I am loving this. I am telling everyone about it.
I just told my Sister about it. She is going to try it ASAP. She was told by her
Doctor that she HAD to lose weight and exercise. So this is the best plan I know.
