2 months on LDL

Post by tthso52 »

19 pounds in two months!!!!
My weight loss slowed down the last couple of weeks.  Which is OK.  I haven't been perfect.  I had a few alcohol drinks with my hubby.
I am still losing weight though.  Any other time I would have gained weight.
I do plan to stay on LDL as much as possible.  It is not hard to do.  I love it!   The smoothies are amazing!
Before this plan, I rarely ate fruit.  I am enjoying it so much.
This plan really works!    Thank God!

Just talking to a coworker about this today. When you eat the processed junk you have no appetite for the good stuff. Before LDL, fruit in the store did not even look good. Now I just can't get enough.

Thanks Roger.  I have no doubt this will work!  It has been a wonderful WOE!  The alcohol (even though I have cut down drastically) slows things down.  I know that.  My husband is a drinker and we go to bars a lot.  Most of the places we frequent have gotten used to me not drinking.
I just have had a couple of bad weekends at the summer deck bar this past month.  But even those bad weekends haven't been as bad as before LDL.
I am enjoying this WOE so much and I will make my goal this time.  For sure.
