Missdonna,

You have chosen well by beginning your LDL journey.

I did not think I would ever lose this weight and keep it off.

I have lost close to 100 pounds twice AND turned right around and
regained it twice  (plus more)........so I am beyond thrilled with finding LDL and
being able to eat til full of all the foods that I love anyway.....and lose
all this weight for good!!!!  :D

Just stick with the plan as written in the book and you will lose all the
weight you want to lose and keep it off forever!

That is a guarantee!     :)  *love*

Kathy,  Your words are sweet music to my ears. All the things I have given up were thing I wanted to give up anyway. I just couldn't. Prayerfully now I can. I love the food I am eating but still worry a little about portions. That has been drilled into me for so long. I take my book with me any where I go. Good luck on your remaining loss!

Donna,

You literally do not have to worry about portions.....(I was so skeptical of
this part because of what has been beat into our heads over the years....but
I am living proof that it works.)

So-o-o-o-o-o eat until you are full.......literally:thumbsup:

Just make sure everything is LDL approved:)
