Today is a momentous day for me. I am a formerly obese woman :inlove:

!!! My BMI is in the overweight category. I know I will never be obese again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you, especially Roger for sharing the best eating plan on the planet! I am so HAPPY! Pam

If someone outside our family saw the heading of your topic they would think they were in the wrong place for losing weight ;D *woot* . Congrats on all your hard work -- or should I say all your easy LDL way work -- keep it up and soon you'll be into the normal range. *hug*

You are so funny! I love it! Congratulations for being overweight! Before you know it, we'll be congratulating you for being in the normal weight range! So proud of you. I know what you mean about knowing you'll never be obese again. That's why we can get rid of all the larger sized clothes once they no longer fit.
