One year and counting!!!

Post by barrypaxton »

Today is my 1 year anniversary and I'm 74 lighter than I was this time last year. I praise the Lord for this eating program and for giving Joyful Friend the courage to tell me about it. I also praise God for the health benefits I have received from this eating plan and all the delicious food I have enjoyed this past year.

Thank you Roger Troy for sharing this WOE with us!!!

Crickadoodle
Thanks, it excites me everytime I see how close I am.  When I started almost a year ago I had hope of reaching this one day but I never could have imagined how easy it would be.

Thank you very much for the encouragement and Praise God for his showing all of us this wonderful way of eating.
I am so looking forward to seeing the other side of 100 lbs.  Even though I still have more to lose it makes me know I can do it.  I am so greatful to LDL

Your welcome Jencita. I'd complain about how hard this has been but that would be a lie. This eating plan has been soooo easy to follow!! *love* *love*

Ollie, I think people think we aren't telling the truth when we say it was so easy -- but it really was so easy.  I didn't say that about any other way of eating and losing.  Honesty is so important to me.

Just the fact that I have stayed on this for one month already tells you how easy it is. I have not stayed on a diet for over 2 weeks since I was 13 years old!! I just hate to suffer and deny myself but I really do feel satisfied on this WOE!!  Congratulations Ollie!!
