Cranberry: Studies suggest that cranberries contain enzymes that boost metabolism and acids that help dissolve fat...Thay also a diuretic, so they flush out your system and rid of water weight!!!!!!

Pears: One Brazilian study found that eating pears help dieters lose more weight.Credit goes to all the soluble fiber they contain..This fiber fights hunger and blocks some calories from being absorbed.

Ginger: Its the richest plant-based source of Zinc in the world..Zinc is great at soothing the cellular inflammation linked to our current obesity epidemic..Plus, it boosts immunity..When we feel well, we tend to eat less without trying.

This breakfast drink has helped me flush out some retained water I was holding..my legs(knees) and ankles were swelling..I know that was some of my 10 lbs I lost..but that is good cuz my swelling has almost went away..I can walk better now without all that swelling..I feel better all kinds of ways since LDL...

Discussed LDL with a check-out clerk at Sam's yesterday. Was comparing salt content in Fast food salads versus baged salad I was buyung from Sam's. I told him the sodium was not as much responsible for the HBP as the wheat and processed grains. Told him about hubby getting off his meds and he and the lady working beside me got interested. I told him I never had HBP but I always had swollen ankles and getting off the wheat stopped it. Gave them the name and website so hopefully they both will check it out.
