This is wonderful.  I make it for refreshment. The small bottles of the pomegranite, usually on shelf where refrigerated foods like yugart and butter are work the best.  It is 100% juice.  JF

Hi and welcome Kay.
This was posted in 2012 and I believe the recipe was part of the picture.
We are not able to post pictures directly to the boards but we post the link to where the picture is located on the web.
Since the image is gone apparently the web site was taken down.
I will see if I can find it for you.

Good Monday morning!
Thanks Linda.
I made the Little Mary's Beef Potato Pie on page 145 in LDL blue book! I didn't know if I or my husband would like it!
WHOA!!! It's DELICIOUS!!!! My husband LOVED it too! It's what's for lunch today!!! I think I'll try it over lettuce and tomato!
Thanks for your help!
Blessings
Kay :)

Kay- after you have posted 10 times you will be able to post a picture. I always have a VERY difficult time as the picture cannot be very large (number of pictals). The last time I updated my picture it took me 4 days. You may be much more computer literate than I am. It may be easier to post in the gallery than select it for your avatar.

As far as the weight-loss ticker. Just click on anyone else's ticker and you will be walked through setting up your own. You will be guided through the process.

It's wonderful to have you as a new member of our community.

Thank you so much Pam!
You have been a big help! I love that you get back with me so quickly! I first emailed Roger Troy and it didn't take long at all to get the conversation going!
I'm a BIG communicator--or try hard to be!
Looking forward to this adventure of healthier eating! I'm pushing 70 and my husband is 76. We both need this!!
Thanks again! :)

Kay- You will feel younger and healthier as you follow this plan. Unprocessed, real, whole foods are what our bodies are designed to eat and thrive on. As Roger always says, "Keep on keeping on!"

I am under Pam Thomas (Maumee, OH). I've got to get back to work again. I've been off and on this computer all morning. Right now I'm trying to organize my sewing studio.
