Garden fresh c--k Tail

Hi Folks,
           I recently went on line to Vita-mix and found this recipe and it sounded great. I called the folks there and asked if it was alright if I posted it at LDL and the young lady said she would ask. It is quite alright as long as I say the recipe came from vita-mix. So now I have. They also invited you all to their site for more recipes. Ok here goes

                         Vita-mix garden fresh c--K Tail
yield 1 3/4 cups                                              Speed variable to high time 1 minute

1cup fresh or canned tomatoes
1/2 cup spinach
1/4 cup carrots
1tbl. onion
1 sprig parsley
1/4 cup red or green bell peppers
1/8 tsp. hot sauce  optional
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
dash of salt
1 cup ice
    Place all ingredients in vitamix container.secure 2 part lid.select variable speed #1.Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to #10 then to high. Run 1 minute or until smooth. Serve immediately.

Ooooh, Thanks, Judie.  I love Gazpacho, so I know I'll enjoy this.  Something quick on a hot day.  We got to 88 degrees today here in Western Kentucky, so it would have been a nice treat.  I had some watermelon instead.  I'll fix this tomorrow!!  Thanks for posting it.

Hi Folks,
      88 DEGREES outside? We have snow on the ground this morning. Enough to use the shovel on the deck. No spring time for us!The wind is blowing and a fine snow fall is coming down. A nice day to stay inside to watch movies. Hope you all enjoy the refreshing tomato drink.

Yep.  I believe it about as much as I believe we're going to have 49,012 new members by the July deadline, or whenever it is.
