1" thick ginger, peeled & roughly chopped,
1 Tbs. limejuice
Sweetener equivalent to 2-3 Tbs.Sugar
1 Glass cold Water
Puree the ginger with a little water.
Add the rest of the water and sift.
Mix with the lemonjuice and sweetener
Decorate with mintleaves..

Oh! 'Djinbere'... Probably an equivalent to Ginger Beer or Ginger Ale! I'll bet this'd be good!

i think one glass water is like a somewhere between 1-2 cups
I would start with 1 cup and add some more to your likeing..
