Healthy Summer Drinks to Have Poolside

Amber Palmer
No need for an Arnold Palmer with Rouge Tomate's twist on the classic.

You'll need:
Pinch of mint
1 ounce agave syrup or Stevia
2 ounces rosemary-grapefruit juice
2 ounces jasmine or green tea
2 ounces black tea
2 ounces seltzer
Sliced grapefruit for garnish

Add all ingredients (except seltzer) over ice into mixing glass. Shake vigorously and pour into tea glass with seltzer. Garnish with mint sprig and grapefruit wedge.

Cucumber Cooler
Spike your lemonade... with cucumbers.

You'll need:
Pinch of dill
3 slices cucumber
2 ounces lemonade
2 ounces cucumber juice
2 ounces club soda
Sliced cucumber for garnish

Add all ingredients (except cucumber slices and soda) in mixing glass. Shake and pour into highball glass with cucumber slices and soda. Garnish with cucumber slice.

Spring Fling
Spring is over, but cool off with summer's best rhubarb.

You'll need:
1 1/2 ounces rhubarb puree
2 1/2 ounces apple juice
1/4 ounce agave syrup, maybe Stevia ?
1/4 ounce SF lemon-lime syrup
1 ounce soda
Shaved cinnamon for garnish

Mix all ingredients (except soda) over ice in mixing glass and shake vigorously. Strain over ice into soda glass with the seltzer. Garnish with shaved cinnamon.
