Apple spice pie smoothie...

This may already have been posted but I put this together tonight and it was goooood!

1 fresh banana, 1/4 cup apple juice, 1 cup water, 2 truvia packets, 1 chopped largish apple, no skin, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, 5 ice cubes.

This tasted like...an apple spice pie in a drink...amazing! This is my new favorite...I told my hubby if this is a diet, then I will diet forever!

If you loved this, then you will love the hot pumpkin smoothie this fall as a warm breakfast. Delish!
Also this fall, try mashing a banans in a bowl, thin slice an apple over it and nuke it (or heat in a non-stick skillet until bubbly). Then spice with cinnamon and apple pie spice. No need to add any sweetner to it.

That sounds wonderful. I am going to try it. I just bookmarked it. I am also wondering if you use frozen banana slices - can we turn it into ice cream?
