This is a wonderful idea for adding crunch to salads or just snacking, especially if you're tired of popcorn.  You can add any seasoning you like.

Bake them on parchment paper and use olive oil spray instead of recommended oil if you like.

I have made this recipe twice now and it is sooooooooo good.  Really good blend of spices.  Have some coming out of the oven right now.  Can't wait.  Jerrie
