While at the eye doctor's office with my husband today, I spotted another recipe for Roasted Garbanzo Beans in a magazine in the waiting room. The ingredients are:
2 cans garbanzo beans (drained)
2 T. olive oil (or less)
1/2 t. each of corriander, ginger, cumin and hot paprika (I just had regular paprika and used that)
1 t. salt
Coat beans with oil and seasonings and bake 400 degrees until golden brown.
Baked some tonight and they are really good.

Re: Another Roasted Garbanzo Bean Recipe
Thought I would bring this recipe back to the top. Roasted garbanzo beans are such a great snack. I used seasoning salt on mine, and they are delish.
My 9yr old grandson would never eat a bean, so I call these garbanzo treats, and he can't get enough of them.

I love roasted garbanzos. They are great with cinnamon and stevia!
