Can you dehydrate fruit in the oven? I know.....I'm a dork.....but I don't know. LOL

I am sure you can.
I have seen solar dehydrators.
Never have done any myself

Be careful about dehydrating fruit.
Being dehydrated you will eat much more fruit than you could whole and will be getting a lot of concentrated sugar.
Better to dehydrate veggies if you are going to eat "chips" regularly especially if you plan to stress eat at work

Thanks Linda. :) I don't stress eat at work, thank God! I was just thinking of making some apple chips and maybe some banana chips to add on top of my fruit bowls. Seems like it would be nice to have a lil crunch.

The veggie idea is also great! I don't know if I'll be this energetic and focused for these projects but I might! LOL!

That sounds like a great idea LP to have crunchy dried fruit to top off a fruit bowl rather than nuts or [-X granola!!!
