Great ice cream!! I have been making this for a long time and everyone loves it. I just peel my bananas, break them into three pieces and put them all in a ziploc bag and freeze. I have a Vitamix but use my food processor for this always. I let them thaw for about 5 minutes and process, adding a few T. of room temp water if needed to get them moving better. I've added frozen peaches, berries, and mango...any fruit you like will work. If there is extra I freeze that and add several scoops to my smoothie the next day.
