Hi all,
Kris and I were in a small co-op store-health food, organic foods and I found a packet of Seapoint Farms dry roasted edamame beans. contents soybeans and salt. It comes in a 4 ounce packet. I guess I have had them for a month now and have a third of packet left. I skimp on them because they are so good and I will have to travel 100 miles to get more. They are really good. what do you think? Are they legal?

Re: dry roasted edamame
hi judie...edamame are young soy beans.....they ARE delicious, aren't they?.....i gave up all soy because i have an underactive thyroid and i gained weight on them, but they're a good source of protein and as long as they don't affect you that way, enjoy.......niki

Niki.
No soy doesn't seem to bother me. But not to worry with the price of gas these days I won't be travelling very far from home to buy more.
