I have alot of venison - I'm assuming I can eat it as freely as chicken since it is so low in fat???

Venison is a great substitute for beef as it is very low in fat.  There are some great recipes on the boards and you can find them by typing venison in the Search box.  One of my favorites is Venison & Autumn Vegetable Stew.

my hubby and daughter are big hunters, so we eat a lot of venison...you can mix with ground turkey, just like the beef or use it plain, it's super healthy!! =)

Oh, I'm hoping some of our hunter friends share!  :D  They often do.  I'm realizing how much healthier this is to what we get at the supermarket. :D
