Peach-Cobbler

Post by brittanynicole »

I went to get bananas the other day and all they had were extremely GREEN ones...its taking forever for them to ripen so i used oatmeal instead.

1 packet of oatmeal (cinnamon & spice) (4g sugar)
however many peaches you desire
along with the peach juice

heat up in microwave about 1-2min

its yum and filling!

The instant oatmeal in packets are highly processed. Eating oats in any form sends my blood sugars to the basement and the cravings are uncontrollable. I hope you don't have that experience. Stay away from the "quick" processed stuff. You will feel so much better on just the fruits.
