Splenda o.k.?

I note in the book that Stevia sweetener is mentioned a lot. I am new to LDL but have an abundance of Splenda on hand. Is that acceptable?

Yes Splenda is acceptable.  Alot of people on the boards use Stevia or a form of it because it is much healthier.  When cooking I use splenda otherwise I use Truvia.
