I made mine in a pie pan and scooped it out with a spoon. It was very good
1 1/2 c. strawberries
1 1/2 c. raspberries
1 1/2 c blueberries
3 egg whites
3/4 c. non-sugar powder
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 400
Wash & prepare fruit, hulling strawberries but leaving whole.
Mix berries together and add 1/4 c. non-sugar and vanilla. Fill custard dishes 1/2 full.
Whisk eggs until stiff peaks form
Add sugar & cream of tarter whisk until shiny
Divide between dishes
Bake for 15 min. Remove and let cool 5 min before serving
Optional:
add cinnamon

Wendy, I want to thank you so much for the recipes you have recently posted. They sound sooo good - this one, the custard fruit salad, and the cherry smoothie. Thanks so much for sharing! I am very lacking in LDL recipes and these sound like they would taste just like dessert which I am beginning to miss alot!

You are welcome. Before LDL I was a sugar-aholic and now could care less because of all the wonderful fruit recipes. If I find I haven't had fruit for a couple days I start to get cravings for sweets so I like making desserts that satisfy those needs.

yes Truvia would work in this recipe. I have found with Truvia it takes less then called for in recipes so would have to experiment
