I just made the best banana ice cream in my Ninja today! It was so good that my kids have decided that they don't want real ice cream anymore - just my homemade icecream. I have been experimenting and haven't found anything great until today.
I just used frozen bananas with a little bit of the diet V8 splash - berry flavored! The taste was phenomenol!

I was making smoothies before LDL and kids and grandkids loved them and preferred them to icecream.

Sounds wonderful! I bought a Ninja so I'm hoping to have time eventually to try this!
