Baked Navy Beans & Pineapple

I made this one for lunch and it is delicious

BAKED NAVY BEANS & PINEAPPLE

2 c. cooked navy beans - drained and rinsed
1 lb ex lean burger
1/2 c. diced onions
1 Tbs. minced garlic
1/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. ketsup
2 Tbs mustard
1/4 c. pineapple juice - from can
1 c. pineapple chunks cut in half
1/4 c. splenda brown sugar

In skillet brown meat, celery, garlic and onion.  Add all other ingred. and heat to boiling.

This calls for 1/4 c. of splenda brown sugar.  Next time I make it I am going to cut that down to 2 Tbs for the taste but less sweetness.  I think the pineapple juice probably makes it sweet enough.

Made this dish for Thanksgiving dinner. It was a real hit with the family!
