2 bunches asparagus
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lemon
1 tlbs olive oil
sea salt to taste
Heat frying pan with olive oil until hot. Add asparagus then press garlic in the pan, squeeze lemon in the pan, and add salt. Saute in the pan turning with tongs frequently until they are browned and tender but still crispy. It is so easy but oh so good!!
