The recipe for Let's Do Lunch Baked Beans looks so good!
Has anyone ever tried this recipe using dried beans? And cooked it in a slow cooker? I've got some navy beans soaking. I think I will try it and see what happens. I'll let you know if it's a hit or a miss! I feel adventuresome today! Must be the LDL woe!?!

Well, I don't have a lot of good news to report! The beans were ok; but, they just didn't have the taste or mouth feel of true baked beans. Hmmmmmmmm........... I'm not discouraged. I will try again. As soon as I figure out what I want to change or add. It was worth trying tho.
