Has anyone made creamed corn......

.... without adding milk?

I'm at work so I can't try it here  but I've been wanting a creamed corn substitute and wondering if anyone has a recipe?

SweetRose- I would blend up a small amount of corn and/or beans and blend into the rest of the corn.  Blenderized beans make a nice substitute for cream/milk in cooking.
