Re: Pumpkin Hummus
I also marked it, but was wondering, what would I use it with? It's hard to imagine its taste. Help me out, please. JF

I was wondering the same thing about the taste. Is it good with veggies or more in line with the corn crisps?

Re: Pumpkin Hummus
JF and Tres,
Honestly, I have never made it so I can't give suggestions on what to serve with it and the recipe, as written, didn't give any either. But almost all hummus is served with veggies so that is what I think may work. Now what kind of veggies? I would probably used baby carrots. I think putting it on corn thins would make them soggy.

Thanks. Another reason to have chickpeas on hand. Note to self: When in the bean aisle, don't forget the chickpeas!

Oh, and Tres, there is a delicious chick pea soup that Little Mary came up with that I make sometimes. It is a curried chick pea soup, I think. I'll look for it and post the link here for you.
