Avocado Hummus

Avocado is GREAT for your skin!
Hummus is made from chick peas so it doesn't contain any cholesterol, saturated fats and is rich in protein!

Directions:
Simply add the following to your food processor:

-1 can of white beans or peas drained and rinsed
-1 avocado, cubed
-juice from 1/2 of a lime
-1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of olive oil (a lower fat Option:
- substitute oil for juice from the beans)
-1/2 teaspoon sea salt
-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Serve on top of a taco or mixed salad, dip veggies in it or put on southwestern grilled chicken or meat pattie.

Wow, another great recipe. My husband loves hummus, but me not so much. However, I love avocado and this is so close to guacamole, which I love, that I am going to try tis recipe out.

Add some chopped tomato, onion, and peppers and it would be a tasty guacamole.
