There is something about a little Olive Oil that makes veggies taste so much better.
I "sautee" my cabbage often in EVOO with a little salt and pepper.
I sometimes add de-seeded chopped jalepenos and onion.
Hubby loves California Blend veggies.
Daughter loved them as well and when she went back home and tried to fix them, she called saying they were tasteless.
She apparently tried skillet stirfrying without the oil.

Oh My how I love cabbage and fried is my favorite. Happy to see my topic brought to the top again as I was just making out my grocery list for the week. I am going to make Chrissy's version for a main meal and because I love onion I'm going to add it to her recipe; however, I don't like caraway so that has to go. My mouth is watering already
