Buy a spaghetti squash (a size that will fit in your crockpot)
Poke a few holes in it
Pour in 2 c. water
COVER and cook on Low 8-9 hours
CUT lengthwise, discard seeds & scrape out "spaghetti like strands" into a bowl
Serve with LDL spaghetti sauce or just a little garlic & olive oil, S&P...so easy

What a great idea!!! Soooo easy. I'll do that this week because I have one in frig. I eat sauce over it with a whole lot of mushrooms. Thanks, Forever Friend

I love finding quick & easy recipes....the ol' world seems to spinning faster (or something) because time just seems to fly by....so anything I can do to help speed things up in the kitchen is a plus...

I just bought some spaghetti squash. Now I don't remember what I was going to make with it. The crock pot method is so easy. Thanks revolutionary recipe enthusiasts.
