Blue Cheese Coleslaw
1 (16 ounce) package shredded coleslaw mix
2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1 cup low fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup prepared Dijon-style mustard
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Directions
1.In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, blue cheese, Granulated Sweetener, and vinegar. Add the coleslaw mix, grapes, and carrots and stir until evenly coated. Chill until serving.

I made this recipe today with a large chicken meal. It is soooo delicious and with all the colors of cabbage, grapes, etc it is very pretty. The dressing that you put on was so good it would make a great dip for veggies.
