Party Pumpkin

This looks so good! I would love to try this but kinda afraid to use a real pumpkin. I am just used to canned Libby's pumpkin!

Dumb question here...but did you eat the outside of the pumpkin too?

I took all the fruit out and put in a large bowl.  I then scraped the pumpkin out and put through my Ninja so it was pureed and added it back to the fruit.  I didn't use all the pumpkin so I saved the rest in a bowl and my husband ate it separate during the week.
It is very good all mixed together, all the flavors blend together well.
