Hi yall,

I made this the other day and I think its great. Hope its LDL friendly.

15 oz. canned dorn (drained)
8 oz  F/F cream cheese

4 oz canned green chilies, chopped ( I used a can of Hot Rotel drained.)
4 oz pickled jalapeno, chopped
1 cup grated F/F cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350, In a large bowl combine all ingredients except 1/2 the cheese. Coat baking dish with spray, pure dip into dish, top with remaining cheese. Bake 20 or 25 minutes or until bubbly.. Serve with corn thins. I toast my corn thins a little bit.

Gene,

This isn't a hot dip but it does have the flavor of corn and the avocados are a much healthier fat than the cream cheese.
