Don't have time to chop and saute fresh garlic cloves and/or onions? Opt for using dried, powdered seasonings.
1 teaspoon onion powder equals 1/3 cup chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder equals 1 garlic clove
Or, have this all-purpose spice mixture on hand for just about anything from eggs, popcorn, vegetables, chicken or beef.
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon Splenda
1 teaspoon paprika
Freshly ground pepper (to taste)
