Minty Chickpea Spread/Dip

hey mary...this looks GREAT...i brought some mint home from my father's(hopefully it'll start growing)..and i'm going to cook the whole bag of beans i bought and use some for the stir fry and some for this..this is just the stuff i love..this will be great as an hors d'oeuvre with raw vegetables when i barbeque(and not even necessarily for company)........thank you..........niki
