Like it spicy??

If you love flavor, especially spicy flavor ... try using a hot mustard dip for your lean meats.

I use S&B Oriental Hot Mustard Powder. It contains Sorbitol instead of sugar, and all you do is add cold water, let it sit for 2 minutes, and you have a nice hot mustard sauce for dipping!

(Sorbitol is used in a lot of diabetic foods, as it is a sugar alcohol that is found in fruits such as cherries, instead of refined sugars.)

This is a great addition to your lean meat protiens, as well as a great side for stir-fried chicken and veggies!

Roger:  You can go to the Walden Farms website.
They have every kind of dressing there.  They are ALL
fat free, sugar free, calorie free.  They are great.  My
favorite right now is honey mustard.  Great for dipping
chicken in.  Also I buy all of their ketchups and
barbecue sauces.  They are good.  At least I think they
are a good choice over the HFCS added dressings.  I
actually put my dressing ON my salad because there
is nothing in them to cause any problems.  I lost
25 pounds since April 27, so they are not interfereing
in the diet.  They also have a chocolate sauce which
is good for an occasional treat of dipping your frozen
banana into.  My grocery store has the Walden Farms
dressings by the produce section.  They are refrigerated.

Thanks for the tip, Rachel! I'll have to check out their website. It's very hard to find a good salad dressing these days.
