Re: apple dip
Apple Dip
3-4 T. 0% nonfat greek yogurt
1-2 T. all natural, no sugar added peanut butter
1-2 T. honey
1 t. vanilla
1 apple, washed cored and cut into slices
Mix everything together making sure to blend well. Wash, core and slice your apple. Dip apple slices into dip. I would keep this to a 2-3 day a week snack/meal, since peanut butter is kind of a no-no. I have eaten this dip with no problems as far as weight-loss goes. But I wouldn't eat it everyday.
