Is there any kind of ketchup you have to use and what is white stevia? I am just starting.  Any advice would be appreciated.  -jimbob

hi jim...white stevia is the sweetest and best quality...less refined stevia has more of a licorice aftertaste that some people find unpleasant...mary uses sweetleaf stevia which you can get at publix...and mary found a brand of ketchup that is ldl friendly made by heinz..it is their reduced sugar variety.........
  there are SO many wonderful things that you can eat on let's do lunch...eat until full and never be hungry while you watch yourself shrink....it's a wonderful way of eating that i never get tired of...and i've been doing this for almost a year.....welcome to our boards....i wish you success..........niki

I don't know if you'll get this reply... this is an old thread...

do you know about how much this makes? i'm trying to convert an old family recipe that calls for BBQ sauce and of course everything in the store has sugar.
