Mama Close's Olive Oil Dressing

• Mama Close's Olive Oil Dressing
  
  1 tbsp. honey
  1 tbsp. minced garlic
  a dash of garlic salt
  a pinch of pepper,
  1 tsp. of pure lemon juice
  Extra-light virgin olive oil
  
  Mix all ingredients into a small jelly or relish jar. Fill the jar the rest of the way with extra-light virgn olive oil. Mix until well blended. Use a spoon to drizzle over your salad. It doesn't take much, and is a wonderful light taste to your fresh veggie salad!

This is a *wonderful* dressing that my mother-in-love makes. Goes fantastic with her yummy garden salad!

You're very welcome! And as with most things like this, you can adjust/add/subtract spices to fit your personal taste. I like adding a bit more pepper, (love that peppery taste!), but others like a little more garlic, or a little more lemon. Totally up to you! Once you have the base, add or subtract whatever you like to fit your personal preference.  (:
