I had always wondered how this dressing was made!  It's one of my favorites.  Salad tonight!

Now, don't faint, Mary - I've never been to Benihana's... but this dressing sounds AWESOME!

I have made this dressing for my salads every single week for the past five weeks.  I LOVE it!  It absolutely is like the dressing at the Japanese restaurants but without the sesame seeds.

Haven't logged in for a while but I take a look frequently. I am not a website chatroom person but still appreciate the recipes and ideas.

    Whatever  you do that can help you with LDL is what you do.  Just...keep on keeping on...on LDL...checking the recipes, whatever!  WELCOME to LDL and the lunch bunch!
