Pineapple salsa

Post by Gene »

Dear Little Mary (Policewoman)

I got this rceipe in the Houston Chronicle last year, I changed it to LDL (I think)

I know I like it a lot, what about it???

1 - 20 oz can of unsweentened pineapple chunks (with juice)
1 to 2 txp of evoo
1 TSP of cilantro(dry)
juice of 1/2 lime
l large Jap. with seeds Or 1/4 or 1/2, which ever you like(I like the the whole)
salt to taste
Splenda (optional) I use 3 packets

Put whole Jap. in chopper, pluse a time or two, to chop it up. Them put in all indgredients and pluse one or twice to mix. It tasts better the longer it stays in the ref.

Well Policewoman ??????
