If you reheat it in the micro after applying the toppings, then let it cool a little, the ICBINB will dry out & popcorn will get crispy again.  Don't overdo it or the cheese will burn.  30 to 60 seconds should do it.

I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (ICBINB) fat free spray.

There's also one that I used to use in WW called something like Smart Spray (?)

You still have to use them lightly, and since they contain a lot of water I need to dry out the popcorn before it's edible to me.

I thnk Butter Beans and lima beans are in the same family, but butter beans are larger and more mellow... and a creamy color, instead of green.

LOL

That's all I got!

According to these articles, what are known as lima beans in the northern U.S. are called butter beans in the South.

However, I haven't been able to find fresh or dried butter beans down here (Florida), only canned.  I buy large dried lima beans & cook them from the dry state when I want butterbeans.  They have very tough skins, though, and don't mash well.  I either have to fish out all the skins that come off during soaking, or pressure cook them to tenderize the skins enough to enjoy them.

I figure since popcorn is a staple on the LDL lifestyle I am going to try and come up with a few seasoning recipes this week.  I want to see if I can come up with a pizza flavored (LDL approved of course) seasoning and maybe a spicy pepper one.  Once I experiment I will post what I think was good and please let me know if LDL approved -- my book should be here today I am hoping so once I look thru it I can see if what I choose is ok.....

One question I have however -- I noticed on the site that all "sweets" should be fruit basically - but I also see splenda is ok -- so my ques is --- is there an issue in making "sweets" out of splenda and fruits or other items that are allowed?  Or does Splenda trigger the cravings for me sweets since it is not a natural sugar and should this be avoided and only used when necessary?

Please let me know your thoughts - thank you
