Seasoning Mixes
I found dip/seasoning packets that should be an excellent addition to our LDL foods. They are from Rand Hill Farms. They contain NO MSG and NO Sugar and come in several varieties. The 'vegetable dip' packet ingredients are: dehydrated vegetables, onion, parsley, spices. They are found at home fairs, flea markets and online at www.randhillfarms.com. If this is not an approved food, the food police will let us know....

Re: Seasoning Mixes
As long as they don't have dried "dairy" or sugar derivatives they should be okay. You just have to be careful what you add them to.....no yogurt or sour cream. Add them to hummus and they should be great!
