Roger, are we to keep blending on high when the lemon juice & last addition of olive oil are added, too? I didn't want to take a chance on ruining this, so set me straight. ;)

Am I missing something? I don't see a corrected recipe for LDL Mayo.

O.K. I need to ask another question, out of ignorance, about this recipe. Being almost new to buying olive oil, since beginning LDL, I have never seen the word "mild" on any of it. Am I missing something, or are there just certain brands with a mild version? If that's the case, could you share a few brands with us? And while I'm at it, what's the difference in regular, virgin, & extra virgin & do we need to be buying a certain type? Thanks a bunch!
