This isn't as sweet as the ones made from Molasses or corn syrup but it's much healthier.
Ingredients:
1 cup ketchup (LDL approved)
1/3 cup apple, peeled and grated
1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup soy sauce (preferrably wheat free)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup onion, grated
2 teaspoons bell pepper, grated
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon white pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer 15 minutes.
