Here's a link to three more recipes.

http://recipes.epicurean.com/recipe/215 ... vence.html

The reason I was looking for this is that I made a bean soup today and added this to it.  I haven't seen any in stores and my brother gave me what I have and I'm running out!

thanks, Mary!  I had people ask me where to get Herbes de Provence, and I've never seen it locally, so I was glad to find a recipe for it.  This site sounds great.

We don't have that chain here.  Those herbs are so good and give a wonderful flavor to soups.

Also forgot to add that the Herbes de Provence was NOT with the regular spices but on the isle with the ethnic items.

I just got some herbs de Provence online from Puritan's Pride -- 2 nice,  big 6 oz. containers for like $11.99 with no shipping costs.  I am so happy that I found this source.  This is a very good price from what I've paid for much smaller bottles.  Just want to share it with others.  www.puritan.com

Well, I love the flavor of herbes de Provence and how it makes certain dishes taste so good.  I was looking for a less expensive way to get it and thought of getting the individual herbs and mixing it myself, but never did it.  I think it would have cost much more than this kind that I found.

Little Mary uses herbes de Provence in a few of her delicious recipes, so many LDLers will like this source for it at a good price.
