Hot Apple-banana Delight

Post by Daundra »

This is so delicious and sweet, better than oatmeal or cream of wheat, and it's super filling.

1 or 2 bananas
1 or 2 apples
Milk
Cinnamon
No-calorie sweetener

1) Chop up banana and apple into small pieces.
2) Microwave for 2 minutes.
3) Pour in milk and blend adding more milk until desired consistency is reached.
4) Add cinnamon and sweetener to taste.
5) Serve and enjoy!

Without the milk it is the equivalent to the hot crustless apple pie version of the blueberry pie recipe.

If you love this, Daundra, try Patsy Fay's Hot Pumpkin smoothie. It makes a really delicious, healthy substitute for hot cereal. We just had a cold front blow through and you are making me hungry.

Gotta get me some apples!  ;D
