1 or 2 bananas 1 or 2 apples Milk Cinnamon No-calorie sweetener
1) Chop up banana and apple into small pieces. 2) Microwave for 2 minutes. 3) Pour in milk and blend adding more milk until desired consistency is reached. 4) Add cinnamon and sweetener to taste. 5) Serve and enjoy!
