[color=purple] :)Hi...I am going to try LDL again..I did do LDL 2 years ago and had lost 171/2 lbs.. in 3 weeks...It took me awhile to get use to but I did level out..but I have noticed not as much posting on here as use to be..well just thought I would try again..and it helps by reading all the post on LDL..Thanks Nana

Good luck.  As you remember this is a wonderful, satisfying, and healthy way of easting.  Glad you are posting this time.  It is so helpful to have the support of members here.  BTW- I am a Nana Thomas as well!  Pam

hahaha had to do a double take ... i thought that said 171 lbs in 3 weeks, i was like WHOA!!  hehehe
