Protein shake?

Post by Norris »

How big is the difference between using water or milk in a protein shake?
Alot of people say water..but I prefer milk..what is the best type of milk to use?
I usually use 2% or fat free..

You are pretty much on your own with protein shakes with this plan.
The powders are processed and dairy is discouraged.
But you have to determine what your body needs.
If you can continue the shakes and still loose, then go for it.
I include limited dairy, full fat raw milk and yogurt.
Because what I use is unpasteurized and un-homogenized, it is healthier and has not caused me to gain.
I do stall if I hit the dairy too often.
